As per prosecution story, in the evening of 13.07.2024 at about 07:00 PM, the applicant and two other co-accused persons are stated to have taken away the husband of the informant from a marriage procession on the pretext that they shall drink. The dead body of the informant's husband was recovered on 14.7.2024 in the agricultural field. 5.
