This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Mohd. Khalid Ansari, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 384 of 2025, under Sections 274, 275, 280 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 59 and 63 Food Safety and Standard Act, 2006, Police Station Pipraich , District Gorakhpur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 27.5.2025.
