Heard Sri Byas Kumar Prasad, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri R.P. Patel, learned State Law Officer and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 56 of 2025, under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 103(1), 61(2) and 238(a) of BNS, Police Station - Chhaprauli, District - Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. The role of having caused the gun-shot injury to the deceased person have been assigned to co-accused Akshay subsequently, as such, it is a clear cut case of false implication. 5. Learned counsel has also stated that
