This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Monti, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 187 of 2025, under Sections 136 (1) (C) of Electricity Act and Sections 303 (2), 317 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Titavi, District Muzaffar Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 4.9.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits FIR has been lodged against unknown person. Recovery has been effected from co-accused Arun. Applicant has four cases of criminal antecedent, which
