Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 163 of 2025, under Sections 140(1), 103(1), 238, 191(2), 191(3), 3(5) of BNS, Police Station - Sen Pashim Para, District - Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. He is not named in the FIR. His name has come up in the confessional statement of two co-accused persons, one of whom is named in the FIR. The said statements have no evidentiary value in the eyes of law. 5. Learned counsel h
