This bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Abhishek, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 171 of 2025, under Sections- 75, 78, 351 (3) B.N.S. and section 7/8 of POCSO Act, Section 67 of I.T. Act, Police Station-Bhawan Bahadur Nagar, District-Bulandshahar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 31.08.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that a First Information Report has been lodged on 28.08.2025 by the first informant/ victim with the allegation that the applicant and other nam
