Sri Ashutosh Tiwari and Ms. Sonika Chakravati, learned counsel have filed their power on behalf of the informant today in the Court, is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the informant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the incident is alleged to have taken place in the year 2020, whereas the victim became major in the year 2023 and the F.I.R., has been lodged in the year 2025 without there being any plausible explanation of such an inordinate delay.
