The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Bilal with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 13 of 2023, under Sections 366, 328, 302, 201 IPC, Police Station Gulawathi, District- Bulandshahr, during pendency of trial. This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 06.6.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that before the trial court, six prosecution witnesses out of 39 have been examined. Witnesses are not turning up despite summoning by the trial court.
