Heard Sri Vijay Kumar Tiwari, Advocate holding brief of Sri Arun Kumar Vishvakarma, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri R.P. Singh, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.333 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238 B.N.S. and Section 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Vrindavan, District Mathura, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in the present case. His name has come up on the information received from a squealer and he is visible in the CCTV footage purchasing a wine bottle from a liquor shop, as such, it is a clear-cut case of false implication. The FIR is delayed by about eight days and there is no explanation
