Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in the present case. His name has come up on the information received from a squealer and he is visible in the CCTV footage purchasing a wine bottle from a liquor shop, as such, it is a clear-cut case of false implication.
