This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Kohli @ Praveen, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 282 of 2025, under Sections 3A/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Rampur Maniharan, District Saharanpur, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below.
