P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Sridhar Varma, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 0107 of 2024, under Sections 109 (1), B.N.S. 2023 and 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station Karimuddinpur, District -Ghazipur during the pendency of the trial before the Court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 21.07.2024.
