Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that in the F.I.R. the allegation against the applicant is that he entered into the house of the informant in the midnight and tried to disrobe her daughter aged about 20 years. In her statement recorded under Section 180 B.N.S.S. the victim has alleged that she is 18 years old, she studied upto Class-VIII, she was in conversation with the applicant, they want to marry with each other, on the date of occurrence the applicant entered into her house and committed her rape.
