The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.368 of 2025, under Section 103(1) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Pooranpur, District Pilibhit with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant and co-accused person are stated to have started extracting Marijuana from the plants in the vicinity of the house of the deceased person on 29.05.2025 and when she asked them to refrain from doing so, they assaulted her with knives and grievously hurt her and when her daughter Sapna went to save her, she was also chased by them.
