Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is named in the F.I.R. with the allegation that he committed rape of the informant's daughter aged about 23 years. In her statements recorded under Section 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. the victim has also made allegation of rape against the applicant. Learned counsel further submits that alleged incident took place on 14.06.2025, whereas the F.I.R. was lodged on 17.06.2025, without any plausible explanation of delay. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that in the medical examination of the victim no internal or external injury was found on her person and her hymen was found intact, thus medical evidence does not support the prosecution case and the applicant has
