PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The son of the informant, aged about 24 years, was missing since 03.03.2025 and his dead body was recovered on 06.03.2024 from the garbage dumping point in the agricultural filed of the applicant, as such, the informant instituted the FIR suspecting that the applicant and other named five accused persons and some unknown persons had committed the said offence.
