Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the F.I.R. was lodged in unknown regarding missing of the minor daughter of the informant. When the victim was recovered her statements under Section 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. were recorded wherein she has specifically stated that on the date of incident she used to talk with the applicant for the last one year, on the alleged date she left her house on her own wishes and reached Bhopal where applicant met and took her in his ro
