Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Kamlesh Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the informant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that as per ossification report, the age of the victim is about 17 years. Learned counsel further argued that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 183 of B.N.S.S., has specifically stated that the applicant on the pretext of marriage has established physical relations and when she came to know that the applicant is already married, who in turn has stated that he has already divorced his wife.
