It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that the victim is aged about 34 years and by the efflux of time, trial began, during the trial, the statement of P.W.1-victim was recorded and she has not supported the prosecution version, copy of which statement is annexed as Annexure-6 to the affidavit accompanying the bail application. Learned counsel further argued that the co-accused Deepak was not named in the F.I.R., and that the applicant too was not named in the F.I.R.. Learned counsel further argued that the co-accused Deepak, along with one Waseem, who was named in the F.I.R. has already been enlarged on bail by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.08.2025 c
