Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the incident is alleged to have taken place on 06.08.2015 at about 12:30 hours, whereas the F.I.R., has been lodged on 07.08.2025 at about 00:15 hours without there being any plausible explanation of such an inordinate delay and the allegations against the applicant is that he along with Santosh has committed the offence. Learned counsel further argued that the victim is major and is aged about 30 years. In her statement recorded under Section 180 of B.N.S.S., she has stated that on 06.08.2025 at about 11:00 hours she was going Robertganj to attend a meeting on the way, one Lavkush get off her from the tempo and took her away to Rahmanpur forest, who was also accompanied by his friend and both of them had committed wrong with her and dropped
