This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 133 of 2025, under Sections 3/5/8 of the U.P. Cow Slaughter Act, and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, 1960 Police Station Husainganj, District Fatehpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. He submits that name of the applicant came into light in the confessional statement of the co-accused. The allegation of transporting the animals for slaughtering is false.
