The present bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 33 of 2008, under Sections 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Baluwa, District Chandauli. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. He submits that the applicant has criminal antecedent of six cases which has been explained in the affidavit filed in support of the bail application.
