This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Hafeej, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 223 of 2025, under Sections3/5/8 Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Sheeshgarh, District Bareilly, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 5.8.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has no concern with the meat recovered from the spot. The co-accused Smt. Najiya arrested from the spot has been bailed out on 15.09.2025 by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. Bail Application No. 31366
