The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Vidyadhar Yadav, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 66 of 2024, under Sections 302, 201 of IPC, Police Station- Tehbarpur, District- Azamgarh, during pendency of trial. This is the second bail application. The first bail application of applicant was rejected by this Court on 26.05.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that after the rejection of the first bail application P.W.-1 has been examined before the trial court. He is brother of applicant and informant in this case, but he has not supported the prosecution case at all.
