The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Sultan Singh with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 342 of 2025, , under Sections 8/18/20/29/60 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Jait , District- Mathura. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 100 grams of Charas and 3 Kg of Opium is alleged to have been recovered from the dashboard of the Car. The vehicle from where alleged recovery was effected does not belong to the applicant. Applicant was only passenger.
