Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that initially a missing report was lodged on 29.03.2025 by the brother of the victim stating therein that his sister aged about 18 years had left the house on 26.03.2025 without informing them. Thereafter, the victim was recovered on 29.03.2025, who moved an application dated 29.03.2025 before the concerned Station House Officer, wherein she has categorically stated that on 26.03.2025 she was scolded by her brother on account of which, she left the house and went to her aunt (Bua's) house.
