Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not named in the F.I.R., and his named surfaced in the Majeed statement of the informant. Learned counsel has drawn attention of this Court of this Court to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of B.N.S.S., and argued that the victim has stated that on 08.07.2025 two persons came and took away on a bike and had committed rape and also prepared video. She has also stated that she did not recognise them.
