The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Mukesh Beldar @ Pokai, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.384 of 2023, under Sections 147, 148, 323, 452, 302 of IPC, Police Station Sikriganj, District- Gorakhpur, during pendency of trial. It appears that on account of quarrel between children, dispute took place. Both the parties have suffered injuries in the incident. The applicant is also alleged to have suffered injuries. One person namely, Kusum, died on the side of the informant. This is the second bail application. The first bail application of applicant was rejected on 20.05.2025.
