Learned counsel for the applicant is that the allegation against the applicant is that he enticed away the daughter of the first informant alongwith Rs. 50,000/- cash and 2 tola gold. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the date of birth of the victim as has been recorded in her High School Examination is 01.01.2008 and on the day of incident the victim was aged about 17, 1/2 years.
