The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Praveen Paswan with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 198 of 2024, under Section 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Sector 58, Noida, District- Gautam Budh Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that applicant was driving the Ciaz car and nothing was recovered from the his possession or from the car being driven by him. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that co- accused Sudama Chaudhar and Aneesh from whose possession recovery was effected, have been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Crl.
