Vakalatnama on behalf of first informant has been filed by Sri Ravi Bhushan Singh, learned counsel today in the Court, is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the informant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that according to the ossification test the victim is aged about 17-18 years. He further submits that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 183 of B.N.S.S., has specifically stated that the victim has gone with the applicant out of her own free will and consent and have solemnised marriage.
