Vakalatnama filed on behalf of the first informant by Sri Saurabh Kumar Tiwari and Pankaj Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel today in the Court, is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that according to medical certificate issued by concerned Chief Medical Officer, the victim is aged about 19 to 20 years and therefore the victim is major. He further submits that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 180 B.N.S.S., has specifically stated that she had gone with the applicant out of her own free will and consent and stayed in a room as husband and wife.
