Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant and perused the material brought on record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the F.I.R. was lodged against the applicant that he enticed away the minor daughter of informant, aged about 16 years. When the victim was recovered her statement under Section 180 B.N.S.S. was recorded wherein she has not made any allegation of rape against the applicant, even in her further statement she has not made any allegation of rape against the applicant, but in her statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S.
