Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the F.I.R. was lodged by the victim herself with the allegation that on the date of alleged when she was alone in her house at about 10:00 p.m. the applicant after entering in her house molested her and when she made noise the applicant fled away while threatening her.
