This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Deepak Sagar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 375 of 2025, under Sections 64 (1), 333, 351 (3), 352, 308 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Izzat Nagar, District Bareilly, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 30.4.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that incident is of dated 21.4.2025 and FIR has been lodged on 28.4.20
