This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of the accused-applicant Rani Devi seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 08 of 2024, under Sections 8(C)/20/23/25/29 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Sonauli, District Maharajganj. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. She has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 22.2.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Guddu Yadav has already been enlarged on bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.04.2025 in Criminal Misc
