The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.205 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Faridpur, District Bareilly with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant and eight other named accused persons are stated to have fired indiscriminately and committed murder of father of the informant Daulat Khan and his brother Raheesh Khan, causing gun shot injuries to them on 13.03.2025 at about 8:00 a.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the FIR is contradictory to itself as it is stated that the father of deceased person was carrying food
