The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Aditya Singh @ Bholu with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 220 of 2025, under Section 8/20 (C) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Khanpur, District-Ghazipur. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 21.52 Kilogram Ganja, is alleged to have been recovered from the joint possession of the applicant and other co- accused. He further submits that the recovered contraband is little bit more than the commercial quantity. In fact no such recovery was effected from the applicant.
