This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Juned Alias Junnu , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 230 of 2025, under Sections 109 and 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Section 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Badaut , District Baghpat, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 23.4.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that charge sheet in this case has already been filed
