Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 212 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 103(1), 3(5) of BNS, Police Station - Khekada, District - Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant along with three other co-accused persons is stated to have assaulted and committed the murder of the informant's husband on 7.7.2025 at about 09:15 PM. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. She has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR.
