Patel, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.136 of 2025, under Sections 140(1), 103(1), 238, 3(5) B.N.S. and 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station- Partapur, District- Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the father of the informant was missing since 3.4.2025 at 07:40 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR is delayed by about four days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. Even the applicant is not named in the said FIR, which was instituted after much consultation.
