Heard Shri Sayed Sohail Asgar, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Vijendra Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and perused the record. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Vikram Singh @ Vikku, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 33 of 2025, under Sections 115 (2), 352, 109 (1), 117 (2), 3(5) of B.N.S. and 3/4 of Explosive Substance act, Police Station-Pipari, Kaushambi. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 10.04.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Badam Singh and Kapil Singh, have already been enlarged on bail by co
