Rathore, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is named along with three other accused. The allegation against the applicant in the F.I.R. is that on the pretext of false promise of marriage the applicant was establishing sexual relations with her from the last seven years. In her statements recorded under Section 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. the victim reiterated the version of F.I.R. In the medical examination no external or internal injury was found on her person and as per the version of the victim she was aged about 24 years at the time of her medical examination, thus medical evidence does not support the prosecution case.
