Sri Utkarsh Khanna, learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the Chief Judicial Magistrate, while granting remand of the petitioner to judicial custody has not informed the applicant about the ground of arrest as such, the applicant filed the instant bail application. He further submits that the petitioner approached this Court by way of filing Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 8196 of 2025 and the Division Bench of this Court, vide order dated 27.08.2025 had been pleased to release the applicant on interim bail, copy of which order has been produced before this Court and is marked as "X".
