Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant and perused the material brought on record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the applicant is not named in the F.I.R. rather it discloses the name of one accused-Aditya Chaudhary. In the F.I.R. as well as in her statements recorded under Section 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. the allegation of rape has been made against the named co-accused-Aditya Chaudhary.
