The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Mohit Nishad with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 52 of 2025, under Section 109 (1), 140 (1), 117 (2), 333, 351 (3), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 9/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Sajeti, District Kanpur Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 16.2.2025.
