This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Jahan Singh Yadav, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 224 of 2020, under Section 30 of Arms Act, Police Station Chaubepur, District Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below.
