As per prosecution story, the applicant and co-accused person Umar are stated to have taken away the son of the informant on their respective motorcycles on 28.4.2025 at about 04:00 p.m., whereby dead body of son of the informant was recovered from an agricultural field and the FIR was instituted on 29.4.2025 in the mid night at 00:10 hours. 5.
