This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Ashish Kumar @ Ashish Gautam, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 467 of 2025, under Sections-131, 109 B.N.S. and section 4/25 of Arms Act,Police Station-Pipraich, District Gorakhpur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 23.06.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that a First Information Report has been lodged by the first informant with the allegation that on the date of incident the applicant as
