The present application has been moved seeking bail in S.C. No. 152 of 2020, arising out of Case Crime No. 1784 of 2019, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Sihanigate, District Ghaziabad. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It has further been submitted that on the basis of two criminal cases shown in the gang chart the Gangster Act was imposed upon the applicant in which he was enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 26.06.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 17502 of 2020. After releasing on bail he was regularly appearing before the concerned trial
