This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 1115 of 2010, under Section 2/3 of the U.P. Gangster and Ante-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Sahibabad, District Ghaziabad. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. The applicant is languishing in jail since 08.04.2025. In the aforesaid case, the applicant was granted bail by the Trial Court and after being released on bail the applicant went to Jaipur for earning of his livelihood. Thereafter on several dates he was not able to attend the Trial Court. The Trial Court issued Non Bailable Warrant against the applicant. T
